Best Exercise To Lose Fat

How many of you spend an hour or more at a time doing cardio hoping to burn off fat? Don't you wish there was an easier way that took less time and was still as effective? Better yet, an easier way that was more effective? There is. It's called H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio. The good news is it will cut your hour long sessions in half, with each H.I.I.T. session preferably lasting about twenty minutes plus a five minute warmup and five minute cooldown of course. So how does it work? Here's the key: instead of running at a moderate intensity for a long period of time, you will alternate between moderate and difficult intensities for twenty minutes. I personally recommend that people start out alternating twenty seconds all out cardio with forty seconds moderate cardio for twenty minutes. However, more advanced athletes could do thirty seconds all out and thirty seconds moderate for a more intense exercise session. The goal with this type of training is two-fold: changing up the intensities keeps your body from adjusting to what you are doing and trying to preserve energy (calories) and it also keeps your heart rate up causing your body to burn more total calories which means it in turn burns more fat. Implementing H.I.I.T. cardio into your regimen will save you time that could be used doing things you enjoy and it will burn fat more efficiently than moderate cardio. For those looking to shed fat quick and effectively it's a win-win situation.

Until Later,
Priest
